Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your kj111 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

• Each account is assigned to a specific individual — transferring or selling an account is prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kj111 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will give a total balance of ৳11,000 (deposit + 120% bonus).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means the bonus amount must be multiplied by 20 and that total amount must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Both sports bets and casino games may count toward completing the wagering requirement (each promotion will have its own separate terms).
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

kj111's VIP program has five levels and weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP levels depends on your gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. kj111 reserves the right to change or modify the terms of VIP benefits.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• A user may not benefit from the same promotion more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games or betting markets specified in the applicable promotion.
• If any misuse or fraud related to a promotion is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
• kj111 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on kj111 operate on the basis of safety and fair play. Our games use audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely random and free from predetermination.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits.
• Odds in sports betting may change — the odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is voided due to a server disruption, disconnection or any other technical issue, the amount wagered will be returned to the user's account. However, this rule does not apply to bets that have already been settled.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

• For Live Betting after an event has started, only confirmed bets are final.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed or concluded outside the scheduled time, action will be taken in accordance with the company's established policy.
• kj111 reserves the right to cancel any bet if an obvious error is found in the odds or result.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kj111 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Artificial or coordinated betting to meet bonus or promotion requirements (Bonus Abuse/Arbitrage).
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Hacking, manipulation or unauthorized modification of game software.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access.
• Colluding with an opponent to influence the outcome of a game (Collusion).

Intellectual Property Rights

kj111 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Directives from a court or government authority.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any deposited bonus balance may be forfeited. The return of real (non-bonus) balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
